Learn about yourself and how to do what we do!

We are looking for people aged 15 – 23 years old who live across Victoria.

There is no set criteria that you have to meet - the best thing about Reach is that we are all different! - All you need is to be passionate, curious and up for a challenge.  Maybe you have been looking for something to shake up your life, a new opportunity to grow or want a fresh group of people to connect with - whatever the reason – we want you!

It all takes place at our office in East Melbourne – we are right next to the MCG with heaps of train stations around to help get you here. We meet once every few weeks on a weeknight!

The training program is completely free and could one day land you a job at Reach,  delivering workshops in communities and schools all over - if that is what you want to do!

Aimee's Story

Aimee first came to Reach when she was 15, after seeing a social media ad for New Crew. Despite her full plate from a busy school and sport schedule, she thought she would try something new. "I had no idea what Reach was about or what it would be like, but I thought, let's give it a go." Aimee had some expectations of what it could be like, but quickly found it was something completely different and new. "I then realised it was completely different, and the whole new crew experience for me was so eye opening. I really really valued that at 15 years old, it was super transformative for me."

Nowadays, Aimee is out running workshops as a Facilitator in Training, and has returned years later to run New Crew Training, the very program that kickstarted her Reach journey - "I am very grateful that I get to help create those spaces that helped me."

Our impact

We measure the impact our workshops have

We’ve been doing this work for over two decades now and have worked with close to 900,000 young people. We measure the impact of every workshop we run through evaluations – here are just a few stats from 2016.

80%

of participants believed our workshops helped them have more confidence in themselves.

84%

of participants said they felt empowered to make more positive choices in their lives following a workshop.

90%

of young people we worked with would recommend our workshops to their mates.
