Meet the youth-led Reach team

Every young person deserves someone in their corner. Our team brings together educators, facilitators, and changemakers who believe in the power of connection - and who show up, every day, to help young people discover what they're capable of.

‍

Our team

We are youth led. Our workshops are for anyone from 10 to 18 and are led by young people with lived experience. We call them our Crew. As well as running all of our workshops, the Crew are involved in ongoing training and development, contributing to the leadership of Reach, training and mentoring our younger Crew.
