Our most popular workshop, this supports groups to become more self-aware and emotionally intelligent, ultimately strengthening how they work together. Through meaningful discussions and shared reflection, participants build deeper understanding and trust. Ultimately it develops connected and lasting relationships, no matter how long groups have known one another, strengthening culture.
Workshop 2: Resilience
Participants put resilience into practice through interactive activities designed to stretch them beyond their comfort zones. Key frameworks are introduced for practical application alongside reflective conversations. Participants leave with tools and greater confidence to navigate challenges in the workplace and in life.
Workshop 3: Authentic Leadership
In this workshop, participants connect with their values and purpose to gain clarity on their leadership journey. They’ll be challenged to rethink what leadership really means regardless of their professional title. Participants leave with fresh insight, practical tools and the confidence to lead with authenticity and impact.
Workshop 4: Wellbeing
Participants explore what it truly means to manage their wellbeing, both inside and outside of the workplace, through exploring different techniques, strategies, and tools. With replicable wellbeing activities throughout, participants leave with new ideas and a plan to support themselves at any point of their professional career.
