Heroes Day Ballarat 2024

Our facilitation team held an incredible Heroes Day in Ballarat, opening up important conversations around mental health, identity and the masks young people wear at school. Young people bravely took the microphone to share their challenges honestly with their peers. If you're a Ballarat business interested in supporting real conversations for young people, get in touch.

Overview

Our facilitation team ran an incredible Heroes day last month in Ballarat. The team held many important conversations around mental health, identity and different life experiences. It was so amazing to hear lots of young people get on the microphone in front of their peers and talk honestly about the challenges and judgements they face in their lives. We spoke about the masks we wear everyday at school, the experiences that shape us into who we are today and steps we can take to ensure everyone feels safe and welcome at school.

If you’re a Ballarat business or would like to support us in continuing real conversations for your young people, please reach out.
