Alice Springs Workshops 2024

Our facilitators travelled to Alice Springs to deliver nine workshops across two schools — St Philips and Centreline Senior College. The team built on existing relationships while forming new connections, encouraging vulnerability and hearing inspiring stories from young people living in the heart of Australia.

Overview

This May a group of our facilitators headed up to Alice Springs to run nine workshops across two schools. The team had an incredible time, this is what Reagan had to say about the experience:

Alice is an amazing place, and this trip has been awesome. It’s so good to see the connections we’ve made over the years, and run workshops with both students who we’ve worked with in the past, and form new connections with new schools in the area. We delivered workshops at two schools, St Philips and Centreline Senior College, and all the workshops provided new and diverse insights into what it’s like to be a young person, living in the heart of Australia in todays day and age. We encouraged vulnerability through the workshops and heard some inspiring stories from the young people, whilst sharing many laughs and conversations along the way. It truely is a beautiful place with beautiful people, and we can’t wait to go back soon and continue to build on the program.
