RAMP

Reach and Whitelion have joined forces to develop Ramp, a unique mentoring program for young people living in residential care in Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs.

Program Features:

• Provides experiences that inspire, challenge and support participants to take a positive and proactive approach to their lives
• Each young person is matched with a mentor who participates in all Ramp workshops and events; as well as sharing consistent and ongoing support
• Aims to overcome disengagement
