An exciting full-time (or 4 day permanent part-time) opportunity exists for a passionate, committed, skilled professional to join our growing Reach NSW team to positively impact the wellbeing of young people in metropolitan Sydney and regional areas.

Reach interactive workshops are run by our crew – a group of young people who are highly trained to effectively engage and inspire other young people. They understand what’s going on for young people and speak honestly and openly about their own journey and challenges, without preaching.
As the Office/Administration Manager you will play a vital role in driving our sustainable growth, building our operational foundation in Sydney and regional areas, supporting the NSW team, and coordinating our growing NSW crew group (aged 15-25yrs) who deliver our workshops. The Office/Administration Manager will work closely with each member of the NSW team, the Reach head office personnel in Melbourne, and external suppliers, partners and stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate an affinity for and interest in the work of Reach and experience within a similar position. You will also need to demonstrate the ability to contribute to our growth plans for NSW, excellent time management skills, problem solving and analytical ability, and a flexible and adaptable approach.

Manager, Fundraising NSW
Reach is expanding rapidly in NSW so we now need an experienced fundraising professional to play a vital role in ensuring the future viability and growth of Reach in NSW.
This is a flexible role (up to 4 days per week) with great potential for a people-oriented, experienced and self-motivated professional with prior experience in a medium-sized NFP.
We are looking for someone with:
- Prior fundraising and partnership experience
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills,
- Highly developed relationship building and interpersonal skills, with a strong sales and customer service orientation,
This role will require some travel to regional NSW. Current Drivers’ Licence and Working with Children’s Permit essential.
As with all fundraising roles, this person will be expected to contribute significantly to our revenue targets.

Programs Portfolio Manager
An exciting full time opportunity exists for a collaborative, skilled social worker, counsellor or related professional person in an organisation that works creatively with young people throughout metropolitan and greater Melbourne.

We are seeking a qualified, experienced and enthusiastic professional to manage the development, implementation and evaluation of Reach’s workshop portfolio, including the relationship and program management of the Ramp Program. The Ramp program is a specific program for young people in residential care and is run in partnership with Whitelion.
The Programs Portfolio Manager will ensure the portfolio of workshops align with the program logic framework, the program strategy and that the Crew and Facilitators responsible for delivering the portfolio are appropriately trained and supported to fulfil their roles.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Programs the key accountabilities include:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the Ramp Program partner Whitelion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with facilitators ensuring collaboration and negotiation of needs, capacities and accountabilities
- Coordinate the planning, delivery and evaluation of program activities
- Full program management of Ramp, including the wellbeing assessment of young people for participation in the program
- Ensure the program portfolio is aligned with the program logic framework and evaluation measures are consistently implemented
- Manage and guide the Programs Committee members, Program Champions, Program Trainers and facilitation teams to continuously develop and innovate the content of workshops and events
- Actively participate in the development, implementation and ongoing review of the Services team strategic initiatives
- Collate up to date feedback, evaluation outcomes and participation data to ensure efficient and timely reporting on workshop impact and funding requirements.
- Key Qualifications:
- Social Work, Counselling or Psychology background with eligibility for membership with the relevant professional association
