The following is a list of support services from organisations separate to Reach that offer telephone, face to face and online counselling, as well as information across a range of topics and issues.

Lifeline Aus

Lifeline is a confidential telephone crisis support service available 24 hours a day seven days a week. You can call them from a landline, payphone or mobile. They are there to talk to people who are thinking about suicide.

Kids Helpline is free, private and confidential telephone and online counselling specifically for people aged between 5 and 25.

The Family Relationship Advice Line

Provides you with information about services to help people maintain healthy relationships, information about the family law system, advice on family separation issues and the impact on children as well as referral to a range of other services to help with family relationship and family separation issues.

Suicide Call Back Service

Suicide Call Back Service provides free phone, video & online counselling for anyone affected by suicide.

Switchboard (LGBTIQ)

Switchboard is a free telephone and web counselling, referral and information service for the Victorian and Tasmanian lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex and queer (LGBTIQ) communities and their supporters.
