Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Reach is passionate about young people having the support and self-belief to fulfil their potential and dare to dream. We achieve this by delivering programs, ranging from workshops, weekends away and large scale events, which aim to improve the self-belief of young participants and encourage them to discover who they are.

An exciting opportunity exists to join the Reach team as the Marketing and Communications Coordinator. Reporting directly to the General Manager, Business and Communications, you will be an integral member of the Brand and Communications Team.

The Marketing and Communications Coordinator is responsible for promoting Reach by implementing key aspects of the marketing and communications plan. The role is accountable for coordinating, producing and delivering quality and timely marketing and communications, ensuring all messages and activities are aligned with the Reach’s brand and business strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing and maintaining the Reach website

- Managing all of Reach’s social media properties (including Facebook, Twitter etc.)

- Developing and producing marketing and promotional collateral

- Maintaining contact databases and email marketing systems

- Providing marketing and communications support and coaching to areas within Reach

We are seeking a passionate, highly organized and energetic person with relevant experience in marketing, PR or communications. You will possess exceptional skills in communicating (verbal and written/online) and building relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, and have a strong eye for detail.

This role will suit a confident, operational and strategic thinker, who has a desire to achieve results.
