There’s about 130 Crew at Reach who run the programs and help set the direction for Reach.

As Crew we’re always participating in and running the programs by helping the Facilitators do their thing and hanging out  with program participants.

Reach’s Crew are aged between 15-25, so we understand what it’s like to be a teenager. We also know how to mix it up and make it fun!

Here are just a few of our heads…..

Being Crew is similar to a part time job…some of us specialise in certain programs and some of us do them all! Crew participate in our own program too – called the Leadership Development program (fortnightly training at The Reach Dream Factory). We learn all the ins and outs of running a program and are also challenged to pursue our own dreams and discovering who they are.
